Nine dancers, three choreographers and a master builder: Amala Dianor’s new creation brings together a constellation of talents from Mali, Senegal and Burkina Faso. The goal? Bosque/ Woods is a desire to create roots in the city. The performance pursues the idea of impermanence and instability of the body, nature, climate and collective practices. The International Dance Festival TANEC PRAHA is one of the biggest cultural events in the Czech Republic. Every June since 1989, the festival showcases the diversity and quality of the local and international dance scene. The festival programme includes medium and large-scale works, new and experimental choreographies, open air productions, works by young artists as well as workshops, discussions and screenings.
